All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to our reservations team. Your cancellation is effective from the date and time the written notice is received.
Rescheduling & no-show
- Rescheduling 30+ days before check-in is free, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling 14–29 days before check-in may incur an administration fee of up to €150.
- Rescheduling within 14 days is treated as a cancellation under the standard refund schedule.
- No-shows receive no refund. The villa will not be held beyond 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time.
- All rescheduled stays must take place within 12 months of the original booking date.
