Frequently Asked Questions

Maison Tropez offers three booking rates. Flexible gives the most generous cancellation terms at a slightly higher nightly price; Standard balances price and flexibility; and Non-refundable (Saver) offers our lowest rate in exchange for limited cancellation rights. The exact terms for each tier are shown before you confirm your booking.

Yes. On the Flexible and Standard rates, cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full 100% refund of any amount paid. The Saver (non-refundable) rate is not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date are non-refundable across all rate tiers, as the dates are difficult to re-book at short notice. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.

A no-show is when a guest does not arrive on the check-in date and has not given prior written notice. No-shows are non-refundable regardless of rate tier, and the villa will not be held beyond 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time.

In most cases, yes. Rescheduling 30+ days before check-in is accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. Within 14–29 days an administration fee of up to €150 may apply, and within 14 days it is treated as a cancellation. All rescheduled stays must take place within 12 months of the original booking.

In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, property damage, safety concerns) we may need to cancel. In that case you receive a full refund of everything paid, and we will make every effort to assist in sourcing alternative accommodation.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to our reservations team with your booking reference. Cancellations are effective from the date and time the written notice is received, and we confirm in writing within 48 hours.

Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, so you are protected if your plans change for reasons outside the standard cancellation window.
